Cancellation Policy


Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Appointments: Our goal is to provide quality care to all clients promptly. No-shows, last-minute cancellations, and late arrivals inconvenience not only our providers but other clients as well. For this reason a credit card is required to be on file before booking an appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the office at 512-716-3900 or email info@vibrantmedspa.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This courtesy allows us to compensate our employees for their time and ensures the greatest availability for you and other clients.


No-shows or appointments not canceled within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Treatments, Medical Clearances, Consultations (in-person or virtual), and Follow-Ups – $50
  • miraDry: $200 (your security deposit will be applied to the cancellation fee and a new deposit must be paid to reschedule the service).


Late Arrivals: If you are running late, please call the office. We will make every effort to perform your service but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment should this cause extended wait times for other clients. Your treatment will end at its regularly scheduled time, and you are responsible for payment of all services scheduled that day. If you are unable to make the appointment, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.
